This article describes how to purchase and register a domain name from BigBull Host using the Customer Portal.
Registering a domain
To register and purchase a domain from BigBull Host using the Customer Portal, follow these steps:
1.Log in to the Customer Portal.
2. On the menu bar, click Domains, and then click REGISTER A NEW DOMAIN:
3. In the text box, type the name of the domain that you want:
4. Use the list box to select the top-level domain (TLD) that you want (for example, .com, .net, .org, and many more).
5. Click Check to see if the domain name is available.
6. If the domain name is available, select the length of time for which you want to initially register the domain.
7. Select any other related domain names that you want to register.
8. Click Continue. The Domains Configuration page appears.
9. To add a hosting package to the domain, click No Hosting! Click to Add.
10. Select any additional options you want.
11. Under Nameservers, specify the name servers you want to use for the domain.
12. Click Continue. The Review & Checkout page appears.
13. Under Payment Details, select the payment method that you want to use.
14. Click Complete Order.
